October 3, 12:00-1:00p, KPI’s for Grant Professionals

Bring your lunch and join us on October 3rd for our Brown Bag on KPIs for Grant Professionals with panelists Carson Bennett of CNM, Joanna Miller of Accion, and Aly Sanchez of The Grants Collective and The Grant Plant.

KPIs for Grant Professionals

As professionals, we are evaluated on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that measure if and how we are doing our jobs well. For grant professionals, it can be complex because of interrelationships between KPIS; for example, a push to apply to more or different funders may increase the number of grants or grant dollars secured, but drive down your percent of proposals awarded. Join us for this panel discussion featuring grant professionals from leading organizations to talk more about position evaluations and to learn what some standards are industry-wide.
